Lemon Cordial

12 good sized lemons
1.5 kilo sugar
1 litre water

Grate the peel and put into a saucepan with the lemon juice, sugar and water. Bring to the boil, take off stove and cool. Bottle and seal.

For cordial add water. For 'lemonade' add soda water.
